Persevia

Terms of use

Effective 10 October 2026. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. What Persevia is

Persevia is an app for keeping track of your food, weight, workouts and medication, with a social side where people share recipes, workouts and experiences. It is provided by Alexandre Espinosa Gálvez, Sant Celoni (Barcelona), Spain. Contact: support@persevia.app.

By using the app or creating an account you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. Persevia does not give medical advice

Persevia is a tracking tool, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat or recommend treatments, and it doesn't replace a professional.

Counting calories helps many people and harms others. If you notice the app pushing you to eat less than you should or to punish yourself over a number, stop using it and talk to someone. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number.

3. Your account

4. Your content

What you create is yours. By publishing it you allow us to show it in the app to whoever has access under the privacy you chose, and allow other users to save or copy it with the app's own tools.

By making something public you accept that others can see it, save it and create their own version. If you delete your account, what you published stays available without your name; private content is deleted.

Food corrections validated by the community may be contributed back to Open Food Facts under the ODbL licence.

5. What you may not post

6. Moderation and sanctions

Anyone can report content from the app. Moderators review reports and can hide content or propose a sanction; administrators decide sanctions. Every moderation action is logged with who did it and why.

Depending on severity and repetition, sanctions range from removing content or temporarily limiting its visibility to suspending social features or closing the account. The most serious breaches of section 5 can lead straight to closure.

If you think we got it wrong, write to support@persevia.app. We review every appeal.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the app working, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of bugs. There may be outages for maintenance or problems with our providers. Export your data from the app settings now and then.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on the app's estimates or reminders. Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and governing law

We will announce significant changes in the app before they take effect. Spanish law applies, and the courts of the consumer's place of residence have jurisdiction.
